Fusion dosa and bilimbi chutney

Try this delicious and flavoursome fusion dosa in case you are bored of your regular idli and dosa. Fusion dosa tastes amazing with spicy and tangy bilimbi chutney. Check out the recipes.

Fusion dosa
1 ½ cups wheat flour
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp ajwain
Coriander leaves
Salt as required
½ tsp cumin powder
Water as required

Mix all the ingredients into a batter
Grease a pan
Pour a ladle full of batter
Spread and make dosa in the regular way.

Bilimbi chutney
4 bilimbi
3 green chillies
3 garlic cloves
Coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 dried chillies
Curry leaves as required
¾ cup grated coconut

Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan
Sauté the garlic and green chillies
Grind the sautéed garlic and green chillies with coconut, bilimbi, salt and water as required
You could add water as per your requirement
Do not add too much water if you prefer thick chutney
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds
Roast some curry leaves and dried chillies
Add this tempering into the chutney
Mix well
Enjoy the bilimbi chutney with hot fusion dosas.
