½ kg taro (cut into small pieces)
4 red chilies
3 green chilies
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
Salt as required
Water as required
Boil the taro with salt, turmeric powder and water as required
Dry roast the red chilies
Crush them with green chilies and shallots
Add this mixture into the boiled taro
Allow the curry to boil
Sprinkle some fresh coconut oil and curry leaves before turning off the flame
Delicious taro curry is ready.
