Spicy prawns roast

Try this easy recipe of spicy prawns roast that tastes amazing with rice and chapathi.

Ingredients
½ kg prawns
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt as required
3 -4 tbsp coconut oil
1 medium sized onion
1 tbsp crushed ginger - garlic
Curry leaves
1 chopped tomato
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli paste
Water as required

Preparation
Marinate the cleaned prawns with turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder, ginger - garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and some water
Set aside for at least an hour
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Fry the marinated prawns until both the sides are well roasted
Meanwhile, heat oil in another pan
Sauté the onion and crushed ginger - garlic
Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and Kashmiri chilli paste
Add the tomato too
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders is gone
Add some water to make the masala bit looser
Finally add the fried prawns
Mix well until the prawns are nicely coated in the masala
Delicious prawns roast is ready.
