Check out the recipe of oil-free chicken curry that tastes delicious and is healthy too.

1 kg chicken (skin removed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chicken masala
2 big onions
2 green chillies
1 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt as required

Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with salt, 1 tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger- garlic paste
Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge
In a thick bottomed vessel, cook the marinated chicken in 50 ml water for around 30 minutes
After 10 minutes, add onion and green chillies
Cook well
Now add chilli powder, chicken masala and salt as required
Add some more hot water if required
Allow the chicken and other ingredients to cook nicely
Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Enjoy the oil-free chicken curry with rice, chapathi or roti.
