Feeling guilty every time you finish that carton of ice cream due to heavy cravings? Worry not, there are better alternatives that can put a smile on your face. Frozen yoghurt bark is a delicious and healthy snack that can satiate your cravings for sweets and desserts instead of ice cream. Here is the recipe.
2 cups yoghurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup peanut butter chips
10 – 12 pistachios
Take the yoghurt and vanilla essence in a bowl
Beat well to remove the lumps
Pour the yoghurt into a baking tray lined with butter paper
Spread into a thick bar using a spatula
Add the berries, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and pistachios on top
Keep it in the freezer for 3 – 4 hours
After the bark has nicely set, cut them into small bars.
