Ripe plantains are packed with nutrients and can be given to children. However, most kids are reluctant to eat them even if they are made into fritters or fried in ghee. This tasty snack could be easily made at home using just three ingredients. Kids are sure to love this delicious snack. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
2 ripe plantains
2 cups grated coconut
½ cup condensed milk

Preparation
Cut the plantains into small pieces
Blend them in a mixer jar
Meanwhile, toast the grated coconut in mildly hot pan until it changes color
Keep one cup toasted coconut aside to be used later
Into the rest of the coconut add plantain puree and condensed milk
Cook this mixture until they thicken
Turn off the flame and allow it cool down a bit
Make small balls from the mixture when it is still warm
Roll these balls in the toasted coconut
Tasty banana snack is ready.
