Most South Indians worth their salt love the dosa-sambar-chutney breakfast. But it need not be true about the leftover dosas, as both adults and kids aren't often too excited about recycling them into other dishes. However, a yummy snack that can't be said no to can also be made with those extra dosas. It is spicy and rich enough to be filling as well. Here's how you go about making the delicious dosa roast!

4 dosas sliced into smaller pieces in round shape
1 spoon mustard
½ cup chopped onions
1 sprig of curry leaves
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp chilly powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch garam masala
1 egg

Heat the pan
Put some mustard into it and add chopped onions and curry leaves
Add the required salt and saute the mix
Add half a teaspoon of ginger, garlic paste, coriander powder, chilly powder, 1/4th teaspoon of turmeric powder, and a pinch of garam masala and stir it well
Now crack an egg into it
Stir and mix onion and egg well, add a little water if required
Now, put the sliced dosa pieces and the masala mix and cook them
The tasty dosa roast is ready to be served
