Classic Kerala seafood platter: A gorgeous spread for parties

What about serving a visually stunning and yummy spread for your guests at your next party? Plonk it on your dining table and it can soon become an obsession to come back to. Rich with king fish, prawns and squids, it's truly a treat if you love seafood.

Ingredients
Pepper green chilly marination for kingfish
200 gms kingfish
10 gms crushed black pepper
5 gms fennel powder
Salt to taste
10 ml lemon juice
15 gms green chilly paste
5 gms ginger paste
5 gms garlic paste
12 gms crushed shallots
5 gms maida

Prawns ingredients (Red chilly vinegar marination)
150 gms prawns
15 gms Kashmiri chilly powder
2 gms turmeric powder
5 gms ginger paste
5 gms garlic paste
Salt to taste
15 ml vinegar
12 gms crushed shallots
5 gms fennel powder
5 gms maida

Squid ingredients (lemon garlic marination)
150 gms squid
Salt to taste
10 gms chopped garlic
6 gms turmeric powder
10 ml lemon juice
3 gms maida
3 gms fennel powder

Preparation
Marinate fish with pepper green chilly masala, prawns with red chilly vinegar masala and squid with lemon garlic masala
Keep them to rest for 30 minutes
Grill the fish, prawns and squid in tawa using coconut oil and curry leaves
Cook prawns and squid for 2 to 3 minutes in medium heat and cook fish for 5 minutes
Arrange the grilled seafood in a platter and garnish with salad
