Ingredients
1 cup barnyard millet powder
½ cup rava
1 cup grated potatoes
1 teaspoon sliced green chillies
1 teaspoon sliced ginger
¼ cup coriander leaves (sliced into small pieces)
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups of water

Preparation
Pour in three cups of water into the millet powder and mix it well to remove any lumps
Add the chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, salt, and cumin seeds Combine them well to make the batter in a loose consistency
Grease a hot pan with one teaspoon of oil and pour in the batter, part by part
Bake both sides
The nutritious kavadapullu dosa is ready
Serve them warm with chutney or sambar and enjoy a healthy and hearty breakfast
