Waking up early

This habit ensures that you are able to catch at least 6 – 8 hours of quality sleep. Moreover, this habit improves your circadian rhythm or body clock, helping you sleep peacefully. Getting enough sleep ensures that your body repairs and cleanses itself, making you feel energetic throughout the day. Going to bed after 11 pm may lead to weight gain and increases the risk of heart diseases.

Early breakfast
Having an early breakfast is important for maintaining healthy body weight. You could drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up followed by a palmful of almonds or walnuts. Beginning the day on a nutritious note improve the metabolic activity. You could also have fruits or vegetable juice instead of nuts and dried fruits.
Healthy breakfast
It is not advisable to skip breakfast as the metabolic rate would be more in the morning. Besides, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, providing you energy to perform your activities. The breakfast should be high on protein while the carbohydrate should be moderate. You could include eggs, yoghurt and whole grains that are loaded with protein in your breakfast.
