Umpire Gough withdrawn for alleged bubble breach

Gough has been withdrawn from officiating in the ongoing T20 World Cup for six days and was placed under quarantine.

Michael Gough, Joel Wilson included in ICC Elite Panel of Umpires

They replace retired umpire Ian Gould and Sundaram Ravi who were part of the previous panel. There is no Indian in the elite panel with the dropping of Ravi.
