Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan has sought clarifications from the state government over a Cabinet decision recommending the release of 33 prisoners including Manichan, who was convicted in the Kalluvathukkal hooch tragedy case.
The State Government has sent the ordinance for the approval of Governor Arif Mohammad Khan and it will come into effect once the Governor signs it.
And not all of them were the result of governance failures, but at least some could have been prevented from getting out of control.
