He says he used to be his mother's right hand in the kitchen when he was a kid. However, he later got busy with work and didn't get enough time to hone his culinary skills. In his latest video, Krishna Kumar prepares charcoal-grilled paneer tikka with refreshing mint chutney. The actor says he has successfully tried this recipe a few times during the lockdown. Besides, he also shares some interesting thoughts about food in this episode.
Krishna Kumar believes that one should be mentally ready before tasting anything. He thinks it is not right to eat something with fear or complain too much about the dish. The food nourishes the body only if it is eaten with love, he believes.
The actor also says that one should focus only on the food during meal times. He often advises his children to not use mobile phones or watch TV when they are eating. He even appeals to his viewers to try keeping mobile phones away while eating food.
To prepare the refreshing mint chutney, that is the perfect dip for the paneer tikka, blend peanuts, cumin powder, green chillies, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, yoghurt, and salt in a mixer jar.
