If you have some leftover dosa batter after making breakfast, do not throw it away or shove it back to the refrigerator until it is too sour to use. Instead, go for this spicy minced meat dosa rolls that your kids are going to love.

Ingredients

Leftover dosa batter
2.
2 tbsp oil
3.
1/2 cup onion
1/2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
2 green chillies chopped
4.
1/2 kg minced meat
5.
2 tbsp golden corn
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped lettuce

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and saute ingredient no. 1.
Add minced meat to it and saute well.
Pour in water if needed.
Saute until the meat is cooked.
Turn off the stove and add ingredient no. 5 to it.
Make dosas on a tawa and spoon in the minced meat filling.
Roll the dosas and lock it with toothpicks.
Serve as snacks.
