Bored of the routine snacks? Fill in some fun into those slices of bread and set up a veggie mast letting it sail right into the mouth of your young one!
Ingredients
10 white/brown bread
4 eggs, boiled and sliced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp celery, finely cut
2 tsp tomato sauce
10 cherry tomatoes
1 small salad cucumber
10 slices chicken salami, cut into two
Preparation
Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, celery and tomato sauce to prepare sandwich filling
Place between two slices of bread and cut off the four edges. Cut each sandwich diagonally
Cut each cherry tomato into two
Cut salad cucumber thin and long
Take each cucumber piece, fold them and skewer on a cocktail stick
Pierce it over the cherry tomato and keep pierced on the sandwich
Salami boat can also be prepared by piercing salami instead of cucumber
Spread a blue colored paper over the serving dish. Stretch a cling film over it
Sandwich boats when placed over it will resemble boats on the water
