Ingredients
3 quail eggs
1 cup dosa batter
salt for taste
4 tbsp oil

Preparation
On a hot tawa, spread the dosa batter thin
When one side is getting cooked, break the quail eggs one by one on top of the dosa
Sprinkle with salt and a little oil
Once the egg is fully cooked, remove from heat and serve hot
