Neyyada for this Ramadan

An easy dessert, made within minutes, Neyyada is relished especially during the month of Ramadan.

Ingredients
1 cup maida
1 cup milk
Salt as required
4 eggs
¾ cup sugar
¼ tbsp cardamom powder
3-4 tbsp ghee
¼ cup cashew nuts, chopped
¼ cup raisins

Preparation
Mix the maida and milk and add some water. Make it into a fine paste and keep aside
In another bowl, mix the eggs, cardamom powder, and sugar. Beat them together 
Take a deep-bottomed pan and add 1 tbsp ghee into it
Add cashew nuts and raisins to this pan and saute it well until it becomes golden brown
Make sure that the ghee is spread evenly on the pan
Take one fourth of the maida mixture in a bowl and sprinkle some raisins and cashew nuts on top of that
Heat this in low flame for a few minutes
Once this is set, pour some ghee on to it and close it. Also, add some raisins and cashew nuts
Again, heat this in low flame for a few minutes after closing it with a lid
Once it is cooked, pour one fourth cup of maida on top as another layer
Make 2-3 layers the same way
In the last layer, add more raisins and cashew nuts
Once it is cooked, keep it aside to cool for a few minutes. Then, place it on a plate and cut into pieces
