Here is a simple recipe of prawn balls which are loaded with flavours.
Ingredients
100 gm prawns
1 tsp ginger paste
2 green chillies (ground)
Salt as required
1 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
1 egg
Oil to fry
Salt as required
Preparation
Clean the prawns and marinate with ginger paste, ground green chillies, and salt
Keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan
Insert a tooth pick on 2 prawns each
Dip the prawns in the batter prepared by beating egg in the all purpose flour
Fry the prawns until crisp and golden brown
Tastes best when served hot with coriander chutney or ketchup.
Notes
If the prawns are big, then hold just one prawn on each tooth pick.
