Have you ever wondered what you would serve if guests make unannounced visits to your home. Here is the recipe of an easy snack which requires very few ingredients. This delicious dish is excellent to serve as tea time snack for your kids as well.

Home-made snacks like these are healthy and delicious than store bought unhealthy junk food.

Ingredients
250 gm all-purpose flour
½ tsp ajwain
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp ghee
Oil to fry

Preparation
Into a bowl add the all purpose flour, ajwain, sugar, baking powder, and ghee
Mix it into dough
Roll it into thick sheet
Cut small pieces from it using a bottle cap
Heat oil in a pan
Add these and fry until golden brown.
