Ramadan special: Delicious pinjaanapathil to go with baked masala fish

This steamed rice balls are the perfect combination for the baked masala fish. Pinjaanapathil is incredibly tasty and versatile as well. Check out the amazingly easy recipe of pinjaanapathil.
Ingredients
200 gms ghee rice grains
200 gms ponni rice
2 cups grated coconut
1 cup par boiled rice
Salt as required
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp ghee
Preparation
Wash and soak the ghee rice grains and ponni rice for at least 3 hours.
Grind this along with grated coconut, par boiled rice, salt and cardamom powder into a batter without grains.
Pour the batter into small soup bowls greased with ghee.
Cook in steam. Smear some ghee on top of the pathil while it cooks.
Serve hot with baked masla fish.
