This preparation combines the tanginess of raw mangoes with the overwhelming flavour of dried prawns, to give you an exquisite dish.
¼ cup sliced shallots
2 sprigs of curry leaves
¾ cup dried prawns cleaned
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
3-4 raw mangoes (sliced)
Sauté the sliced shallots and curry leaves in coconut oil and set aside
To the same pan add a spoon if oil and fry the dried prawns until crispy
To this add chilli powder and salt and season it with the fried shallots and curry leaves
Toss the mixture in mango slices, salt and oil and serve.
