Egg tea without milk

This is an interesting recipe of 'milk' tea without actually adding milk. Egg is what gives it the taste and smell of a real milk tea.

Those who have had this special tea vow that it hardly tastes like it has been prepared without adding even a drop of milk. Try this interesting and simple recipe of egg tea.

Ingredients
1 glass water
Tea powder
1 egg
1 tsp sugar (or to taste)

Preparation
Boil water
Add in the tea powder when the water begins to boil rapidly
Into a bowl, break in the egg and add sugar as well. Beat them until the egg mix is soft and fluffy
Pour the black tea through a strainer into the beaten egg mixture.

Notes
Eggs of homegrown fowls are suitable for this recipe.
