idli manchurian

Manchurian dishes have many takers who love the unique blend of the sweet, tangy and spicy sauce. Check out how to prepare this unique idli Manchurian which is delicious and easy to make as well.

6 idlis (cut into small pieces)
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp soy sauce
1 green chilli
1 onion
Half bell pepper
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp spring onion
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup corn flour
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Salt as required
Water as required
Oil to fry

Prepare the batter by mixing the all purpose flour, chilli powder, soy sauce, water and salt as required
The batter shouldn't be too loose
Dip the idli pieces in this batter and fry in hot oil
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion for a minute
Now add the ginger-garlic paste 
Sauté until the raw smell is gone
Add the bell pepper and sauté
Into it add the tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and salt as required
Stir well for at least two minutes
Add the fried idli pieces into it 
Coat the idli pieces with the gravy
Garnish with chopped spring onions.
