1 cup shaved pumpkin
3 tsp chemba rice powder
Grated coconut as required
Into a bowl add the pumpkin and chemba rice powder
Mix well using a spoon
There is no need to add salt or water
Fill the pumpkin-rice powder mix with some grated coconut into a puttu kutti (cylindrical steamer)
Steam the puttu
Enjoy the pumpkin puttu while it is hot.
