Quinoa dosa

Quinoa is a pseudo-cereal or a seed that can be a healthy alternative for rice, especially for diabetic people. It is a storehouse of protein, fibre, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, and zinc.

Besides, quinoa is rich in minerals and amino acids as well. The fibre and the protein in it help in regulating blood sugar. Check out the recipe for healthy quinoa dosa.
