Quinoa dosa

Quinoa is a pseudo-cereal or a seed that can be a healthy alternative for rice, especially for diabetic people. It is a storehouse of protein, fibre, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, and zinc.

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa (soaked overnight)
5 shallots
1 cucumber (chopped)
1 green chilli
1 small piece ginger
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
Salt

Preparation
Wash the soaked quinoa a few times and drain them
Grind these with the rest of the ingredients in a mixer jar
Pour a ladle full of this batter on a greased hot pan
Make dosas as usual.
