Colourful, healthy dosa

These colourful dosas made using some amazing ingredients are perfect in case you are trying to shed some weight. Kids who refuse to eat their veggies, too, would love these dosas. Check out the recipe.

3 cups dosa batter (separated into 3 parts)
1 small beetroot
1 medium sized carrot
Palm full of spinach
Green chillies as required
Ginger as required
Garlic as required
Salt as required

Grind the beetroot, carrot, and spinach separately by adding some water
Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic along with spinach
Add the ground veggies into the three separate dosa batter bowls
Mix salt as well
Heat a greased pan and make dosas as usual.
