Fudge is a sweet and gooey chocolate dessert that has its origins in the United States. It could be easily made using any kind of chocolate like dark chocolate, semi sweet or milk chocolate. Interestingly, cooking enthusiasts have found out an easy way to prepare the good old fudge using just three ingredients. Usual ingredients like milk or heavy cream aren’t required for this recipe. Butter is added to give a glaze effect to the fudge. Here is how to easily make chocolate fudge at home.
350 gms chocolate
50 gms melted butter
400 gms condensed milk (or as required)
Chop the chocolate into small pieces
Melt the chocolate using the double boiling method
Add the butter into the melted chocolate
Beat well using an electric beater
Into it add condensed milk. Beat well
Spread a sheet of butter paper in a tray or a dish. Grease it with some melted butter
Now pour the batter into it. Add the nuts, dry fruits or sugar candies
Keep it in the fridge for the fudge to set. After the fudge is nicely set, cut into pieces and enjoy.
