Currently, KEAM is conducted only for admission to Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses in Kerala. Admission into medical courses in Kerala are based on the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (Undergraduate).
In this order, government instructs that the students who joined the new college should apply for TC at the first college, the next day itself. This guideline is especially applicable to the colleges that take part in the spot admission process.
Interested candidates who was already registered can add more courses on the website of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations from Wednesday, May 11, until 5 pm on 12 May.
The KEAM online examinations will be modelled on the pattern of JEE held for B Tech admissions to the IITs and NITs.
The KEAM exam, which was originally scheduled for June 12, had been postponed on account of its clash with other examinations.
The refund of the fee paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), for admission to Engineering, Architecture and B Pharm courses has begun. The eligible candidates need to apply for refund.
