The Chief of the Commission of Railway Safety (CRS) also cited in its report earlier that there was no safety issue in increasing the number of coaches in trains operating in the Punalur-Sengottai section.
Anshul Agarwal, District Magistrate of Buxar, said the condition of 15-20 passengers is understood to be critical.
The train, which will have eight coaches and will run six days a week, will start at 6 am from Tatanagar and will reach Varanasi by 1.50 pm.

Operations of trains including Kozhikode-Thiruvananthapuram Jan Shatabdi and Ernnakulam-Alappuzha MEMU will be affected.
As per official data, the maximum number of passengers (409) boarded from Thiruvananthapuram, while Kozhikode witnessed the most number of passengers deboarding (219).
Earlier, Sabari Express stopped at Shoranur after Thrissur while heading to Secunderabad. From now on, it will have a new stop at Wadakkanchery after Thrissur as the train would be avoiding Shoranur.
Aerosol-based fire detection and suppression systems in electrical cabinets and lavatories, driver-guard communication with a voice recording facility and crash-hardened memory will all ensure better safety for the passengers.
