Yearbook Online has conducted many webinars in the past one year for UPSC aspirants, to guide them for their preparations using online resources.
The session will benefit the public, particularly those who are interested in learning more about the All India Services and other Group A services via UPSC Civil Services Exam.
The UPSC will return a shortlist of three officers to the State, where a selection panel, including the Chief Secretary and Home Secretary, will pick the next State police chief.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) which conducts the examination announced the change on Thursday. The development came following a spike in COVID cases in the country.

Revised schedules of the same will be notified on the website of the UPSC.
Candidates subscribing to the test package will also be given free access to Manorama Yearbook Online for a year.
The Centre was initially not willing to give an extra chance to the candidates but it had later agreed to do so at the suggestion of the bench.
The notification of Civil Services Exam 2021 is scheduled to be released on February 10.
The UPSC civil service preliminary exams will be held in 78 centres across Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kozhikode respectively today.
