Gandhi had earlier targeted Jaishankar on the issue, suggesting that the Indian side informed Pakistan ahead of the military strikes on terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
In a post on X, Gandhi questioned External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar for publicly admitting that the Indian government had informed Pakistan of the military action and asked how many aircrafts the Indian Air Force lost as a result.
Jaishanker said that he spoke with European and Asian leaders following India's strike at Pakistan terror camps.
Their conversation comes shortly after US President Donald Trump announced reciprocal tariffs targeting imports from nearly 50 countries, including India.
EAM S Jaishankar on Friday said that the country is tracking 'very closely' the treatment of minorities in Pakistan.
Reflecting on the Galwan clash, he described it as a deeply traumatic event for bilateral relations.
