Bananas are the best thing to include in your breakfast. They are healthy and packs a punch. Throw in some eggs too. The combination will definitely keep you energetic throughout the day. Ingredients
¾ cup maida or all purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 robusta bananas, mashed
¼ cup buttermilk
¼ cup sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together maida, baking soda and salt
In another bowl, mix bananas and buttermilk together
Add sugar, butter, and vanilla essence to it
Break the egg to the mixture and beat well
Pour this mixture to the maida mix and stir well to make a batter
heat a pan and glaze it with butter
Pour one ladle full of batter and spread itKeep on low flame
Flip the pancake when bubbles begin to appear on the top
Remove from the stove when it turns brown
Serve with honey or syrup
