200 gm rice crispies
70 gm dark chocolate
100 gm roasted whole almonds
50 gm sliced almonds
50 gm sunflower/melon seeds
Temper the chocolate, mix in all the ingredients, put in a rectangle mould and allow it to set
Cut in bars and serve.
