The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) raid at Bhasarungan's residence completed 24 hours on Thursday.
With a couple of press conferences, the chief minister has successfully managed to shift Kerala's focus from corruption and nepotism to governance and politics.
The multi-crore loan scam at the bank in Wayanad came to light in May after a farmer committed suicide.
The ED checked the bank documents including several loan transactions.
The management of the bank has come forward after a stakeholder raised allegations with the registrar of cooperative societies.
CPM leader Aravindakshan PR, who was arrested by the ED, is the 13th accused in the multi-crore scandal.
As per reports, the chargesheet is 10,000 pages and will name 50 people as accused in the case.
For the first ten days, those who invested between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1 lakh will be able to withdraw or renew while from November 11 the option will be available for deposits upto Rs 50,000.
The police have demanded that the banks close down the accounts within 7 days of receiving the request letter.
The petition stated that the court must intervene and stop the probe from spreading to the entire cooperative sector.
