Sisodia was produced before special judge M K Nagpal at a designated CBI court.
The CJI has agreed to hear the matter on April 5.
The parliamentary panel said that vacant posts in the CBI are not being filled up at the required pace and recommended that "every effort should be made to fill up vacancies at the earliest".
The case involves the allegation that Santosh Eapan's company won the construction contract of the Unitac project by paying Rs 4.5 crore as a bribe out of the Rs 19 crore given by the UAE-based Red Crescent.
The diamantaire is wanted in a Rs 13,000cr banking scam in India.
Sisodia was earlier arrested by CBI in the Delhi excise policy case and is behind bars in an Enforcement Directorate case.
Sisodia was arrested by the CBI last month and he is currently in judicial custody.
The agency has kept the probe open into the alleged scam and the new round of questioning of Yadav family members is in connection with 'further investigation' in the case, they said.
The CBI had arrested Sisodia last week in connection with alleged corruption in the formulation and implementation of the now-scrapped liquor policy for 2021-22.
