The charge sheet in 15 cases will be submitted in Kasaragod and Thalassery additional sessions courts in two days.
The case was registered against TK Pookkoya Thangal, MD of Fashion Gold International, based on a complaint of a Kunjimanagalam native who allegedly lost Rs 2.17 lakh in the fraud.
The accused had fled the country after the alleged security breach on July 22.
The case pertains to the violent episodes that unfolded in the Kerala Legislative Assembly on March 13, 2015.
