The newly opened workshop will be part of the EVM Cars. With the inauguration of this new workshop, Nissan has 28 customer touchpoints in Kerala.
“Nissan has been actively developing its network in India and this new workshop is yet another step to move closer to its customers and provide a superior ownership experience”, they said in a media release.
The newly inaugurated EVM cars workshop provides a convenient option for the comprehensive after-sales requirements of Nissan and Datsun customers from neighboring areas like Tripunithura and Marad. The workshop can accommodate up to 50 cars in its parking area and service up to 30 cars per day—including an exclusive express bay service. This makes it easy for customers to come to the dealer to have their car serviced quickly and easily.

In August 2016, Nissan increased its ranking to second place in the annual J.D. Power 2016 India Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study, with a score of 831 out of the 1000 point scale. In 2015, the company was ranked third in the SSI study.
