A movie review of latest Malayalam flick Ann Maria Kalippilaanu inadvertently attributed credit of the Sunny Wayn-starrer's background score to Shaan Rahman. But it was composer Sooraj S. Kurup who did the movie's BGM whereas Shaan had composed one song for the film.
This piece caught the attention of Shaan, who immediately took to Facebook to stand up for his friend.
"I just couldn't read this and set it aside like I don't care. The credit of the background score of Ann Maria Kalippilaanu goes to Sooraj and Sooraj only," he wrote on his Facebook page.
"I'm sticking up for a friend here. Happy Friendship Day guys! Cheers to Friendship!," he added.
Reading this, Sooraj did not hold back his happiness and thanked Shaan in a comment on the FB post.
