Sean Prakash was a friendly next-door-boy during his school days, but professional modeling transformed him into a hunk whom boys look upon for inspiration and who's an eye candy for girls!

Sean's journey to become a fashion model has been incredible. Runways, campaigns, fashion weeks, print advertisements, clothing catalogs and e-commerce ads, Sean has done them all in his career; that too with some of the big names and brands in the business.

He heard the word modeling when a TV filmmaker approached his dad asking to cast the little Sean, whom the director spotted playing in the backyard. The little Sean got scared and 'hid under the bed'.

As years passed, it dawned upon him that modeling is 'the thing' that he wants to do in his life and the fact that not everyone gets a chance to walk the ramp.

Inspired by his realization, Sean went for a fashion week audition. It was not a dream start in the offing, Sean got eliminated in the last round. Instead of disheartening, the last round-loss inspired him to try it with a new vigor. He knew where exactly he had to improve – the grooming department. After a couple of months, he went to the same audition, but, at a different city. And he got through. Since then, there has been no looking back!

Denim, leather, boots, wayfarers, aviators, watches, dinner jackets! If you check Sean's wardrobe, you’ll find only grays, whites, blacks and midnight blues. “No tattoo, no piercing, nothing permanent! That's my style mantra,” Sean said.

Sean loves to experiment with his looks. He only keeps the best fitting clothes. But he also keeps changing his body weight and hair length so that he doesn't get bored with himself.
Sean's life-philosophy is simple, 'be true to oneself, get rid of the negative vibes, respect others and do things that would make one happy.'
First time on a ramp: “It actually went smooth. I could feel the crowd when I was at the head ramp, it was simply awesome. Some of the best in the industry were there and their words helped me grow as a model.”

British model David Gandy, who remained a top model through his career, is Sean's role model. According to Sean, to win is not hard, but to keep winning and to be on the top of the game for a long time requires a lot of hard work.
Sean, now, eyes making it to the silver screen. Couple of offers came his way this year, but he could not take them due to his busy schedule. Currently, Sean lives in London, and is engaged in a few offers there as well.

His ever-supportive mother and father are his greatest inspiration. Sean fondly remembers how his father let him join a gym when he was barely out of school. It was his mother who bought him his first body hugging T-shirt, again when he was in school. The days when he is sailing along the coast of laziness, his parents help him find his wave back to the thick of action.

To wannabe models, from Sean: “Watch what you are eating, workout like there is no tomorrow, sleep well, dream well, take care of your skin and hair, enjoy your life, keep sending your pictures to agencies, respect others and things will follow. This is a great industry to work in.”
