Four neuro transmitters, produced by the brain, play key roles in one’s mental health. They are Endorphins, Dopamine, Norepinephrine and Serotonin. These factors are essential for a healthy mind. Endorphin helps relieve pain. They enhance the production of chemicals in body.

It is important to choose the exercises with prudence when the purpose is for enhancing mental health. One thing to remember is that no work out will do any good to you unless you enjoy doing it. Because, this consists of a play of chemicals in the mind. If you cannot enjoy the work outs you are doing, it is not going to benefit you even though it is said to be great stimulators of the neuro transmitters of the brain. If you can’t find out what exercises are best for you, do an experiment with one by one from the list and find out. Such exercises must be capable of relieving you from the stress of daily life at least for a while. It is also good to invite a favorite partner when you work out.
In case you are not interested in doing any sort of exercise, at least take a stroll around for 10 minutes or water the plants in the courtyard. If the patient does not like any of these, an intimate friend can lure him or her into doing exercise by wise and loving interactions.
When should you work out?
Although studies indicate morning as the ideal time to do exercises, our disposition and convenience are to be considered seriously. So, time is not an important factor. Doing it daily - that is important. Because problems a person faces each day may differ from the other. Problems may also vary from person to person. Some issues will prevent the person from doing exercises. It is possible that due to taxing work schedule on certain days, one might feel indisposed to work out. Besides, one can be affected by laziness too. But, most of these hurdles can be overcome by doing exercises. Even when you feel too tired, do not step back from doing exercise for at least 15 minutes a day - you will definitely get the benefit. Likewise, even though certain problems can hinder you from doing exercises, remember that exercises can help you face and overcome challenges.
