Thiruvananthapuram: The concluding meeting of the 'Nava Kerala March', led by CPM politburo member Pinarayi Vijayan, has been postponed to Monday following the demise of poet and lyricist O.N.V. Kurup.
Initially, the concluding function was slated for Sunday evening at Shankumugham.
O.N.V. Kurup, who was a staunch follower of the Leftist ideologies, had contested the Lok Sabha elections in 1989 as an independent candidate of the LDF. However, he lost to A. Charles of the Congress.
