Picture for representation only.Thiruvananthapuram: A passenger aircraft of IndiGo airlines, carrying 161 passengers, has made an emergency landing at the airport here Wednesday.
All the passengers in the flight are safe, officials said, adding that doubts of a technical glitch led to the emergency landing.
The flight no 933 was coming from Mumbai to the Kerala capital.
The pilot sought permission for emergency landing after he felt that the landing gear is not functioning properly.
However, by the time of landing, the nose wheel came down without any troubles and the flight made a safe landing.
The flight made the landing by 4.18 pm and officials carried out a detailed check after all passengers alighted.
