Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan Tuesday launched a website to address the grievances of the public online.
“Several grievances were being shared on #SocialMedia. Now you can submit your grievances online, at http://cmo.kerala.gov.in/,” (sic) chief minister's office wrote on its Twitter handle.
The office also said that public grievances can also be submitted in person on working days from 2-5 PM, at 'Straight Forward', a grievance redresssal cell, in front of Secretariat's North Block.
The complaints submitted on the website will be received by the CM's office then and there, the office added.
Users can register themselves on the website and type in the complaints.
