The MP had alleged that Prasanth, known as Collector Bro in social media circles, was holding back several projects in the name of scrutiny and re-inspection. To this, Prasanth replied that an MP cannot ask for avoiding scrutiny and inspection of works. The collector alleged that the MP threatened officials at the collectorate in his absence. Denying this charge, Raghavan had asked Prasanth to apologize to him in public.
Following this, the collector posted a map of Kunnamkulam on his Facebook page purportedly to show his contempt towards the MP's demand for public apology.
