Sarah, Thomas IsaacKerala finance minister T.M. Thomas Isaac's daughter Sarah is getting married. Isaac announced the happy news in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
Sarah, who is a research scholar in Sociology at New York university, and Max Mcclenberg, who is doing his Master's in public health in the same varsity, will tie the knot in New York on Friday.
Introducing the groom to his Facebook friends, Isaac said Max was an active campaigner against Iraq war and now his interest lies in shelter issue. Interestingly, Isaac also began his political career as a student activist.
Isaac ends the post on a touching note in reply to those who criticize him for bringing up his daughters in the US despite he being a hard-core communist. "I got divorced around two decades ago. My children grew up in a foreign country along with their mother. Let me confess that my role in bringing them up was very little," Isaac wrote.
