Meghalaya: Prime minister Narendra Modi on Saturday gave a display of his percussion skills during his visit to Mawphlang village here.
While interacting with the locals, Modi approached a man who was playing a drum and offered to take over. He took the help of the artist when he realised that he was a bit off the beat in the first try.
He soon caught up with the rhythm and was on song from there. The dancers who were initially timid to move their legs soon started 'dancing to his tune'. Well, that is nothing new!
The artist next gave the PM a bit tough hand with a fast number, but Modi surprised the artist and all gathered there by reproducing the number flawless.
