The video shows that when a male penguin returns home, he is shocked to see his partner with another male penguin. The result? He decides to fight the paramour.
The fight between the penguins escalate to be more brutal than you would imagine. Unlike most birds, penguins have solid bones in their wings. They use them to batter each other, delivering up to eight blows per second. They take a break and call upon the 'wife' to choose the winner. Sadly for the 'husband', the 'wife' chooses the home-wrecker.
The sad and defeated penguin does not give up, he chooses to fight again but loses a second time.
This heart-wrenching story has gone viral on social media and evoked a mixed response with people picking sides. While some expressed their support for the husband penguin and compared it with human relations, others came in support for the wife.
