The body of 55-year-old Davidson, a native of coastal hamlet Poonthura, was recovered from Adimalathura this morning
Three barges and an oil rig with 707 personnel on board went adrift on Monday.
A Defence spokesman said INS Nireekshak recovered three bodies of missing fishermen from the fishing boat 'Rabah'.
All the 14 fishermen on the boat, named Rabba, are from outside Kerala, sources say.
The Coast Guard and marine enforcement personnel are carrying out the search operations. The help of the Navy has also been sought.
According to the survivor, the ship lost an engine before it was hit by a wave and capsized, a coastguard spokeswoman said.
Elamkunnapuzha native Sidharthan, Pachalam native Sajeevan and Nayarambalam native Santhosh are the missing persons.
The incident which took place on the Bihar-Bengal border, close to Jagannathpur Ghat, appears to be a case of overloading.
The boat was carrying around 60 people, including nine-member crew, and 27 of them were rescued by the locals while search was on for others.
A magisterial probe has been ordered into the incident.
