AIIMS invites application for nursing courses, registration till April 6

The basic registration for BSC Nursing (Honours), BSC Nursing (Post Basic) and BSC Paramedical courses are open at AIIMS. Interested students can register till April 6 at www.aiimsexam.ac.in. BSc Nursing (Honours) exam will be held on June 14 and the rest will be held on June 27. 

This is an opportunity to study at various AIIMS campuses including New Delhi for minimal fees and excellent education. 

Programmes

• BSC (Honours) Nursing: 55% marks in Biology, Physics, Chemistry for Plus two. The scheduled caste requires only 50%.

• BSC Paramedical courses: 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology for Plus two. The scheduled caste requires only 40%.

• BSC Nursing (Post Basic): Plus two, GNM Diploma Nursing council’s Nurse and midwife registration. The 2003 batch of men who have not passed the Integrated course besides Nurse Registration and Midwifery should also do a 6-month course in Operation Theatre Techniques/Ophthalmic/Leprosy/TB/Psychiatric Neurological & Neuro Surgical/ Community health/ Cancer/Orthopedic Nursing. 

Whether the basic registration has been accepted will be known only by April 9. If there are any shortcomings, it should be completed by April 15. Basic acceptance news will be known latest by April 20th. The prospectus will be up on the site on April 26th.

The Final Registration code will be done by May 13. By May 25, the final registration should be done. Admit Card can be expected on June 3rd. Those who have done their basic registration in 2020 can do their code registration and final registration. They are not required to do the basic registration again.
