Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology offers various MTech and PhD programs at its centres in Amethi, Bengaluru and Sivasagar (Assam).
The applications could be submitted until 3 July. There is an application fee of Rs 500. Meanwhile, it is Rs 250 for applicants of Scheduled categories and persons with disabilities. The institute is tantamount to a recognised university.
Mtech
1) Amethi – Various specialisations in petroleum/ chemical engineering is available here.
2) Bengaluru centres offers programs in Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicle Technology, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. MTech students who have GATE score would get a monthly assistantship of Rs 12,400.
PhD programs in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Petroleum/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics engineering streams are available in the Sivasagar centre. Meanwhile, the other two centres too offer PhD programs in various centres. https://rgipt.ac.in.
